watch - rest - draw

Meditative drawing is a quiet form of mindfulness. We marvel at the world around us and put ourselves in  relation to it. What is how far away from ourselves and where does the shadow fall?

Meditation brings calm to our mind. The value-free perception lets us be awake and at the same time let go relaxed. We let our thoughts go and enjoy the silence.

Alternating between silent meditation and drawing, concentration on the here and now is strengthened. The focus works particularly well in the community and a closeness develops that gets by without words.

At the courses  there are short breaks at wonderful, healing places and offers for regular meetings.

And I'm happy to tell you here why I do love  meditative  drawing so much!
