watch - rest - draw

Live in the now without pressure. Be free and creative.
Out
of the challenges of everyday life and back to your inner self.

Meditative drawing is a quiet form of mindfulness. We marvel at the world around us and put ourselves in relation to it. What is how far away from ourselves and where does the shadow fall?

Meditation brings calm to our mind. Value-free perception lets us be awake and at the same time let go in a relaxed manner. We let our thoughts go and enjoy the silence.

Alternating between silent meditation and drawing, concentration on the here and now is strengthened. The focus works particularly well in the community and a closeness develops that gets by without words.

Be happy - breathe - see - draw.

All seminars are short vacations in wonderful, healing places.

And here I tell, why I do love meditative drawing!
