Breath and air and time

Sure, breathing is related to air. Logical.

But think about what it's like when fresh air envelops you, maybe pleasantly surprises you and then you take a deep, intimate breath.

I felt like this after a long train ride in the air conditioning, which was much too cold and drafty for me and I was able to get off, arrived at my destination:

HMMMM, yes, fresh oxygen!

Or very early in the morning, before the world has started to heat up, when I'm walking through the dewy grass in the garden with my coffee cup - that air!

Sometimes when meditating, meditation begins for me like this: I sit on my meditation bench and have divided my time in such a way that I can now be with myself completely free of requirements, I straighten my back, proud that I can now have my time to meditate and: Take a deep, intimate breath!

The same is also good for meditative drawing: just relax from time to time, shake out your hands, close your eyes and let go - take a deep, intimate breath.

Drawing can also come under pressure to perform - to avoid that and always bring you back to the NOW - breathe, be in the now.

The sound NOW sounds like singing or making music.

Try it out so that your lines, every single one, find their place on the paper NOW.

The result of the image is unimportant. Be simple and just as simple to draw lines.

Maybe you like the drawing later, maybe it can disappear from your collection. The time you spend SEEING and BREATHING is your time. Lifetime and Breath.

Take a break from everyday life and the demands of pure breathing. Deep and intimate, take in fresh air and let go of the old.

Hmmm, take in oxygen with pleasure, breathe as if you were smelling your favorite scent. A wonderful combination and an important basis for meditative drawing.

Now in summer it's nice to sniff the coolness of the fading night very early in the morning - yes, to start the day early in the morning with mediation.
