The singing bowl accompanies us during mediations and on every foray through nature in which we draw meditatively. First, the sound of everyday life and the environment guides us into relaxation. Once, twice, three times - then we sit still. You are completely within yourself and calm. At the end of the silence meditation, the sound of the bowl guides us back out to the place where we are. The sound spreads, vibrates with ourselves and slowly fades away, becoming quieter or even inaudible. Just as the sound of the bowl fades away, we let go of every thought. Quiet in peace.
